Radiology reporting — common questions

Is radiology included in the standard plans?
Radiology reporting is included on the Radiology Centre and Diagnostic Centre plans. On a Pathology plan, USG and digital X-ray reporting are available as paid add-ons — useful for a pathology lab that has added a single imaging service.
Do you integrate with PACS?
We support attaching key images to reports directly, and can integrate with a PACS for study retrieval on our larger plans. Tell us what you run and we will confirm what is possible before you commit.
Can we add our own templates?
Yes. You can create and edit templates yourself, and we will build your existing ones for you during onboarding at no charge. Most centres come with a set of Word documents they have used for years, and we convert those.
